Intelligent Consulting is the first company in South-East Europe that combines advising, consulting and lobbying services, for both already operating and possible start-up companies and businesses.

Intelligent Consulting was launched in 2009 as a unique consulting business in South-East Europe with the set of services helping our clients to deal with legislative policies, including the EU.

Founder & CEO

The company was founded by Damir Filipovic who is one of the rare experts working from South-East Europe directly for the industry in the Brussels arena for years.

Damir has intensive experience in regulatory and public affairs, working both for public and private sector. Damir also worked as a lobbyist in Brussels, for biggest ICT corporations in the world including IBM, Microsoft, HP, Ericsson, Nokia, Siemens as well as corporate lobbyist for Telekom Austria Group and Samsung Electronics.
